Nanosonics sponsored the 4 CPD accredited Decontamination of Ultrasound Probes Study Day, where healthcare professionals heard about the latest best practices and innovations in decontaminating ultrasound probes.
We’re proud to partner with a range of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from across the decontamination and infection prevention industry to promote best practices of ultrasound probe reprocessing. We collaborate to create key resources such as
- The Infection Prevention Toolkit (assembled in consultation with clinical experts with backgrounds in infection prevention and instrument reprocessing)
- Clinical studies
- White papers
- Training materials
- Expert-led study days
We recently worked with a group of subject matter experts and, on the 26th of January 2023, in Manchester, Nanosonics sponsored the CPD-accredited Decontamination of Ultrasound Probes Study Day, where healthcare professionals heard about the latest best practices and innovations in decontaminating ultrasound probes. The complimentary event was a great success and saw delegates engage, discuss, question, and network with expert speakers and other like-minded people.
The Study Day was designed to help improve the safety of patients, clinics, their staff, and the environment by promoting the best practice of decontamination of ultrasound probes and the way infection prevention practices are understood and conducted. As well as showcasing new innovations that help to deliver improved standards of care.
